Return Policy

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item has to be in the original packaging as well.  

If you are not 100% happy with your jewelry, please contact us within 10 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Please email us at info@aliensify.com and we will guide you through the process. 

After we have provided you with the return address, please return your items within 7 to 5 business days. Items returned after five days will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. 

If your item arrived broken or defective, please email us at info@aliensify.com with an attached picture and describe the issue.

Kindly note, you will be responsible for the shipping fee on sending the item back to us. However, if you decide to exchange your item, we will cover the shipping costs to send the new item back out to you.
